Konjac Gravy 0 Carbs

This is really simple.
1 cup cold water or favorite stock
1 tsp Konjac flour
1/2 tsp Better than bullion
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp garlic powder 
Add flour and seasoning to cold water, bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer. Stir until it thickens.

Konjac glucomannan is a natural soluble fiber. It has 10 times the thickening power of cornstarch. It does not contain starch or sugar, it is calorie free and good for you.
